Most workouts, depending on fitness level, can be completed within 60 - 90 minutes.
All video content will be available for up to 6 weeks after starting date of the challenge.
The challenge officially kicks off on August 8, 2019. Submissions for best transformation will still be accepted until September 19, 2019.
No. All workouts are modifiable to correspond with your fitness level and you do not need access to a gym to complete the workouts. All equipment requirements to get started will be added to the PDF you receive when you sign up =)
All workouts are scalable and modifiable. You do not need to be fit to get in and get started!
Online Challenge Rules
In order to be eligible to compete in the online challenge you must:
1. Be able to verify your purchase of the Force Fitness 30-Day Fitness challenge.
2. You MUST create a #FF30DAYCHALLENGE Story Highlight visible on your account.
3. You MUST make at least ONE post using the official hashtags.
***IMPORTANT*** WE MUST BE ABLE TO VERIFY YOUR PARTICIPATION BY CHECKING YOUR HIGHLIGHT.
After completion of the Force Fitness 30-Day Challenge we will be giving out $1000 to the 5 best transformations.
For each week there will be a maximum of 5 points to earn. How do you earn those points? In order to receive points the criteria is as follows:
1. Must be actively posting on stories and/or Feeds tagging #MG30DAYCHALLENGE, #FF30DAYCHALLENGE, @forcefitnessinc, or @meagangood
2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
THE TOP 5 TRANSFORMATIONS WILL BE SELECTED FROM SUBMISSIONS SUBMITTED VIA ONE OR MORE OF OUR OFFICIAL HASHTAGS. THOSE SELECTED MAY BE REQUIRED TO SEND IN A FINAL (VIDEO) TO OUR TEAM FOR REVIEW.
Points are given for posting photos and videos to your IG stories and feeds. For each day of participation you will receive a maximum of 1 point.
TOTAL POINTS POSSIBLE: 24 (6 workouts per week x 4 weeks)
Challenge winners are not only based on "participation" but also who has the BEST TRANSFORMATION over the 30 days.
Pictures should be taken full-body displaying front, back, and side profiles.
